Customers located in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are made to order, personalized, customized, or signed specifically for you.
Personalized & Signed Books
All personalized and signed books are custom-made items. Because they are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed. This includes books with:
A personalized name or message
A signature
A custom inscription
Any other requested customization
Non-Personalized Merchandise
Eligible non-personalized merchandise, including items such as candles, clothing, and bookish merchandise, may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Signed Books
Non-signed, non-personalized books may be eligible for return in accordance with the retailer’s return policy. If your book was purchased and fulfilled through Amazon, it must be returned directly to Amazon following their return process.
